El Capitan

Tunnel View offers jaw-dropping views of El Capitan, a vertical granite rock formation that rises out of the north side of Yosemite Valley. This 3,000 foot monolith is one of the most challenging rock climbing and jumping destinations in the world. You can reach the top of El Capitan by hiking out of Yosemite Valley on the trail next to Yosemite Falls and climbing up the sheer granite face.

Bridalveil Falls

One of the most spectacular waterfalls in Yosemite Valley, Bridalveil Falls thunders down from 617 feet above. Tunnel View is one of the best places to see this amazing waterfall and capture an image to take home. You can walk to the falls on a short but steep ½ mile trail in just 20 minutes from the Bridalveil Fall parking area.
